Eligibility and Easy Application

Student ID Card is offered to students who are between 6 to 23 years old when they are students in either schools or universities in the UAE. The application process is easy and digital. Students are able to apply using the Nol Pay app, but they need to upload a photo, Emirates ID, and enrolment letter.

The card is priced at AED 70 and AED 25 in case of ISIC registration, which is delivered at the doorstep of the student, making it convenient and hassle-free.

RTA has some plans to increase the application of the card other than transport. In the foreseeable future, students will be in a position to pay their tuition fees, parking fees, shopping and food fees using the same card. The upgrade is part of the transformation of Dubai to a cashless society, where student can spend all their daily expenses with a single tap.
